MORE FOR YOU TO ENJOY
1. Water Bottle
For whatever reason, middle schoolers are obsessed with water bottles. And not just any water bottles – Hydro Flask and Stanley in particular.
I mean, they are really good so I don’t blame them.
My daughter has this white Hydro Flask.
2. Instax Mini Camera
Pictures, pictures, pictures – middle school girls love to take pictures. And this obsession won’t stop when middle school is over either.
Hook your girl up with this Instax Mini Camera. It is a fun camera to have.
Add some film too, she is going to fly through it. I always add a box of film or 2 whenever I get my daughter a gift.
And if you want to go all out, there is a bag you can get for the camera as well.
3. String Lights
She can hang up all of her pictures on these photo clip lights. These lights are battery-operated so she doesn’t have to be close to an outlet.
Get a package of mini command hooks to hang them up.
4. Saucer Chair
If your girl has room in her bedroom for a saucer chair then I highly recommend getting her one.
My daughter is in hers all the time – reading, lounging, writing, listening to music – all the time!
5. Books
Books are a great gift. My daughter is a mega reader and here are a few of her favorites.
6. Kindle
Since my daughter is a mega reader, for her last birthday we got her a Kindle and she is loving it.
If this sounds like your girl, getting her a Kindle is a no brainer!
Don’t forget to buy the case that goes with it. It will get dropped.
7. Watch
Before you spend your money on an expensive smartwatch for your middle school girl, one that you aren’t even sure she will enjoy wearing, try this watch out.
We gave it to our daughter for Christmas last year and she is loving it.
8. Nail Polish
Some middle school girls are bananas about doing their nails. If this sounds like your girl, get her a new color of polish or 2.
I love the Essie brand and they have hundreds of colors to choose from.
9. Sugar Body Scrub
This Tree Hut sugar body scrub is so popular right now and the Coco Colada smells so good.
Please tell your girl that it is only supposed to be used about once a week though.
10. Lotion
Tree Hut makes a whipped body butter lotion to match the scent of the sugar body scrub and it is oh so good.
If your girl has sensitive skin to scented lotion then I would go with Aveeno Fragrance Free lotion.
11. Bath Bombs
How fun are these bath bombs?! She is going to have the best time pampering herself with these.
My daughter can’t get enough!
12. Hair Wrap Towels
Help her start to care for her hair with a few hair wraps. They will help remove excess moisture from her hair while reducing frizz.
13. Hair Accessories
Add some amazing hair binders and hair claw clips to her gift.
Gimme hair binders are gentle on hair causing it to break less.
As for these claw clips, my daughter says she loves them and they hold her hair in place.
14. Hair Brush
This is the hairbrush every girl needs. It is so good.
My daughter has fine straight to wavy hair, I have curly hair, and my sister has thick straight hair and it works for all of us!
15. Belt Bag
A belt bag is the perfect size bag for a middle school girl to carry because, let’s be honest, how much does she really need to carry with her?
16. Games
Give her something to do besides want to look at a screen – board games.
We have so many board games but my daughter loves playing these games with her friends.
17. Lip Balm
EOS makes amazing lip balm that middle school girls are nuts over.
It doesn’t matter if it is the stick lip balm or the sphere lip balm, it is all good.
The Vanilla scent is always a fan favorite.
18. Lip Gloss
If she is interested in starting to wear a little makeup (and you are ok with it) this lip gloss is dynamite and affordable – Maybelline Lifter Gloss.
I have it and wear the shade Moon and it has a hint of your lips but better look to it when applied.
19. Travel Mirror
Since she is in middle school now, I can bet that she is more than interested in making sure her hair and face look just right.
This travel mirror will help with all of that. She can use it at home or on the go and is so slim that she can even put it in her backpack.
20. Beauty Travel Bag
This beauty travel bag is big enough to carry everything she needs when she goes to any sleepover, such as hair items, deodorant, feminine products, and makeup.
21. Duffle Bag
Upgrade her clothes bag from the little girl character one (my daughter had Frozen) to a more mature travel bag.
This bag is large and durable and is something that she can use for a very long time.
22. Winter Hat and Gloves
If it gets cold where you live, like it does here, get her a new winter hat and texting gloves.
My daughter loves these and doesn't fight me on wearing them.
23. Slippers
Here are the slippers that my daughter and her friends are nuts over right now.
24. Chocolates
Every girl deserves a little chocolate treat in every gift.
There are so many to choose from but my daughter’s favorite is Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles.
Since these truffles are individually wrapped, you can easily split them up among multiple presents.
25. Socks
Middle school girls love to wear fun socks all the time.
26. Taylor Swift Merch
Even though my daughter isn’t a Swiftie, one of her best girls is and goes crazy over anything Taylor Swift.
If this sounds like your middle school girl then you have to check this out!
27. Drawing Kit
Does she love to draw? Replenish all of her supplies.
A sketch pad or 2 and these drawing pencils are amazing.
28. Writing Kit
A fun notebook can be used to take notes, journal, write stories, and so much more.
My daughter is crazy about writing. She loves writing stories so she is always asking for more notebooks.
29. Personalized Stationery
Middle school girls love to see their names on anything and everything.
This personalized stationery is something that my daughter recently gifted one of her friends and it looked so great.
I am looking at ordering it for my daughter.
Once again, add some fun pens to it and maybe some stamps.
30. Rainbow Scratch Art
Girl, I haven't met anyone who can resist rainbow scratch art paper.
Your girl is going to love making pictures and notes on these.
31. Jewelry
Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and more.
I would start with something like an initial necklace like this one, if she doesn't have one already.
32. Sherpa Fleece Blanket
Help your girl stay cozy and warm with this soft Sherpa fleece blanket.
It is so good that you are going to want one for yourself.
33. School Gear
If nothing else on this list sounds like it would work for your middle school girl, consider getting her some school gear – a t-shirt, sweatshirt, pants, or a hat.
There is a shop in our town that makes all of this to purchase.
Sometimes high schools have a school store you can check out as well.
This post is all about the best gifts for middle school girls.
