35 Memorable Activities For Ladies Get Together

Hey girl, today let’s chat about the best activities for ladies get together.

There is nothing like hanging with your girls, that is why we do it!  But, are you bored of just sitting around and talking?  Girl, do I have some memorable activities for ladies get together for you!

My girls and I used to sit and chat but now we have started doing activities for ladies get together and man, it has become way more fun.

The activities for ladies get together below include girls' night in games, activities for girls' weekend, and so much more.

What is so great about these activities for ladies get together is that any woman of any age can do them.

1. Book Club

Start a book club with your best girls and once a month get together to discuss it.

I do this with my sisters and it is a great way to make sure we connect often even though we live a little farther apart.  Sometimes we have our meetings over the computer and it works great.

3. Spa Day

Hit up a spa together or at the very least get your nails done.

Getting pampered a bit while having girl time is a great time.

4. Cooking Class

Create a meal together or book a cooking class.  You may discover a few new favorites.

5. Cookie Exchange

This is so fun near Christmas and Easter.

Bake treats and cookies at home, enough that you can share ½ a dozen to a dozen with each friend.  Make sure you tell everyone what you are making so you don’t double up.

It saves you from having to spend so much time in the kitchen.

6. Escape Room

If you haven’t done an Escape Room yet, you have to put it on your list.

My son has done it with his friends and says it is a blast.  It is on our list for sure.

7. Visit a Museum

Discover a new museum, there are big and small ones everywhere.  You may even learn something new.

8. Game Night

Get together for an evening filled with games.  These go best with snacks and appetizers!

10. Movie Night

Stock up on microwave popcorn, candy, and cookies - you know all the treats to watch a movie.

Singing karaoke is so much fun.  I love doing it in the comfort of someone’s home though.

12. Scrapbook

Do your girls like to scrapbook?  Get together to do it.  It is a great way to share materials and ideas.

13. Sewing

Or maybe sewing is more your thing.  There is so much to learn when it comes to sewing and it is more fun to chat while you are working on something.

14. Murder Mystery Party

We have done a murder mystery party a few times now, for bachelorette parties and even Christmas, and everyone joined in to play their part.

If you are going to do this one, set up a photo booth area.  Don’t miss out on everyone in their costumes.

15. Favorite Things Party

Have a gathering of favorite things.  It could be drinks, food, games, or even a few movies. 

16. Food Crawl

I have recently heard about a food crawl and I am intrigued. 

It goes something like this, in case you don’t know.  You make drinks at your house, then you go to the next house and have appetizers, then to the next house and have the main course, and finally then next house and have dessert.

A few of my friends have done it and had a great time.  They did say it takes a long time though so plan accordingly.

17. Fondue Party

Whether it is cheese, chocolate, or both, have a fondue party. Yum!

18. Seasonal Activities

Seasonal activities are so fun.

19. Dance Night

Take dancing lessons together or go out dancing.  I used to do this with my girls all the time, but it was more "dancing at the bar", you know… pre-kids!

Did you know you can go and learn to paint something for your home? 

21. Exercise

Go for a walk, bike ride, or even an exercise class with your friends.  Our favorite is hot yoga.  Whew, that 92°F makes you sweat but it feels so good.

22. Comedy Show

Go to a comedy show together for a few good laughs.

23. Concert

Is there a concert you have been wanting to go to?  Get your girls together for it.

24. Sporting Event

Or maybe sports or more your thing.  I have been to both pro games and semi-pro.  I have to say, I love the semi-pro ones more.  They just seem to have more fun with it and it is cheaper!

25. Casino

Ok, the casino is not my thing but I will go when my friends ask.  Some of them love it.

26. Bingo

Bingo can get pretty wild especially when there is a lot of money in the pot.

I love playing bingo at home with my kids.  We play for treats😊.

27. Scavenger Hunt

Make up a list of items to search for, split up into teams or stick together, and get to hunting.

This is a blast with teams and even more fun when you tell everyone that they have to have photo proof.

We have done this during the summer looking for anything from trending items like a Stanley Water Cup to pose for a photo with a police officer.

Holidays are a fun time to do a scavenger hunt too.

28. Volunteer

Get your girls together for a good cause and volunteer at something.  Places are always looking for volunteers.

29. Horseback Riding

Check out a stable near you and go on a horseback ride.  The view up on a horse is quite something.

30. Archery

My daughter and I did an archery class once and loved it.  We learned something new and got to grab a bite to eat after.

31. Explore Caves

I did not realize how common caves are until my husband pointed it out to me.  We have taken our kids in them and I am always amazed at what we learn and see.

32. Ice Skate

There is a college nearby that has an open ice skating time.  It only costs a few bucks to rent the skates and you get some exercise in.

33. Theater

Whether it is the movie theater or the stage, go see a show.  

I love seeing live plays and my favorite by far has been Singing in the Rain.  They made it rain on the stage.  So memorable and incredible.

34. Bowling

Bowling, food, drinks, and laughs.  Oh, so many laughs!  My friends and I always have a blast with this.

35. Shopping

Whether you are shopping or antiquing (yes there is a difference) it is better with friends!
