(Adults will love it too!)
I don’t know about you but I love Amazon when it comes to sending care packages. You can buy something that is already put together or you can put together your own and send it directly to whoever you want, at no extra charge.
But that isn’t just Amazon that offers this wonderful service. Lots of other online stores are this helpful as well.
My point is, you don’t have to spend extra on shipping to show someone some festive love and I can’t get enough of it!
1. Halloween Candy
The first thing that I would add to a Halloween care package for my brother is some Halloween candy.
After all, what is Halloween without some treats?
I know that he loves candy bars so I would choose this Fun Sized variety pack.
Is it just me or do you not feel as guilty about having candy when it is the fun-sized version?
2. Halloween Snacks
Next up, snacks! Everyone has snacks these days and man, college boys can get so hungry.
This snack box is what I would send my brother.
Of course, there are so many other great options to choose from – all of them delicious. Choose what you know will get eaten.
3. Microwave Popcorn
You know what else makes a great snack and it is easy for everyone to make, including college students – microwave popcorn. It is the best snack when watching all those Halloween movies.
For the longest time, I was an Act II microwave popcorn girl (which is still great) but my dad convinced me to try Orville Rendenbacher’s and wow, it is so yummy.
4. Tic Tacs
Add in a package of orange Tic Tac mints or 2, because who doesn’t love fresh breath?
And the orange ones are so festive.
5. Yeti Tumbler and Coffee
I know, I KNOW, that a tumbler and coffee has nothing to do with getting festive for Halloween but it sure does come in handy the morning after a Halloween party!
And I love giving this Yeti tumbler and coffee as a gift.
I have 4 kids and my coffee was forever getting cold – girl, I like it when it is hot, hot, HOT! I haven’t had to drink Luke warm coffee since I started using my Tumbler.
This is my favorite coffee, what’s yours?
And of course, don't forget to add some Pumpkin Pie sauce! After all, it is pumpkin spice everything season.
6. Air Wick Plug In
I have been enjoying the Air Wick Plug In scented oils lately and guess what friend, there is a pumpkin spice scent.
And let's be honest, every single college student could use some help making their college dorm room or college apartment smell better!
The apple cinnamon scent would also be a fall delight.
Hello fall and Halloween!
7. Lip Balm
Another thing I like to add to any care package is lip balm and you can never go wrong with EOS lip balm.
I always need it and I know lots of other people use it too.
It makes a great addition if you are looking for something a little extra.
8. Halloween Socks
There are some amazing Halloween socks out there and I know that both guys and girls wear them.
If you are looking to do a small Halloween care package, try this.
Wrap a pair of socks around a regular-sized candy bar treat and add a Happy Halloween card. Bada bing, bada boom – gift complete.
9. Face Paint and Hair Chalk
If you are sending this Halloween care package to a college student and she happens to be about as broke as I was when I was in college, then she could use some vibrant hair chalk and Halloween face paint.
There are so many costumes she can make by adding either of these.
We have used both of these so many times and the color payout is fantastic!
10. Sherpa Fleece Blanket
Here is another non-Halloween gift but perfect for this time of year.
With temperatures cooling off, snuggling up with a nice cozy sherpa fleece blanket is the best way to watch Halloween movies.
I have multiple of these blankets and my kids fight over them. Maybe I should get enough for everyone and be done with the fighting.
Halloween Decorations
When it comes to Halloween decorations, I know that most girls are going to be way more into them than guys but hey, you never know.
I love Halloween decorations that are simple but have a big impact, and these are a perfect example of that.
11. Halloween Window Decorations
I love window clings for every holiday. They can make it feel like you tried so hard when really you spent like 5 minutes on decorating.
Window clings are easy to put up, easy to store, and best of all they are cheap. I also love that they can go on windows and mirrors!
12. Halloween Garland
This Halloween garland can be hung up and down or draped across and they add so much.
We have them and hang them across our large front picture window, kind of framing our window clings.
13. Halloween Lights
I was so excited when we got these Halloween pumpkin lights and found out that they are even better than expected!
They are battery-powered and don’t take up much room to store when Halloween is over.
My kids are nuts over them.
This post was all about how to put together the best Halloween care package.
What is on your Christmas list this year? Don’t be shy, I know you have one!
I look forward to hearing from you and thanks for stopping by.
