1. Letters to the Bride
If you are close to the bride (like she is your sister, close friend, or cousin) then you should consider making a “Letters to the Bride” book for her. Gift her a box of tissues with it because she will need it.
This does not cost a lot to make but it does take time and a little help from others.
Ask everyone close to the bride to write her a letter including memories, funny stories, and some advice for the future. Then they should mail it to you. They could also include any pictures too.
People you could ask for letters from could include her mom, siblings, cousins, friends, aunts and uncles, grandparents, and godparents.
Get a scrapbook like this and as the letters come in, start assembling.
I did this for my youngest sister and the response and love shown for her was overwhelming.
2. Wine
You can get a decent bottle of wine for not a lot and I am sure it will get consumed.
There are also other wine-themed items you can get for her that will last longer – an electric wine bottle opener and a wine chiller.
3. Cookbook
Help your bride discover more delicious recipes with a new cookbook.
Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines is full of recipes that she will want to try. So good.
4. Slow Cooker
Whoever invented the slow cooker was a genius. Toss your food in it in the morning and supper will be ready and waiting when you get home. Your bridal will use this for sure.
I use mine at least once a week all year long.
5. Flexible Cutting Mats
These flexible cutting mats are going to rock your bride’s world in the kitchen. They will quickly become one of the most used items in her kitchen.
6. Charcuterie Board
Does your bride like to entertain? Get her a charcuterie board.
She will have so much fun arranging her party food on it.
7. Vegetable Chopper
This vegetable chopper makes slicing and dicing food so easy. And it cleans up easily as well.
8. Pyrex Mixing Bowls
These Pyrex bowls are so versatile in the kitchen. They can be used for hot food, cold food, as serving dishes, store food, and so much more.
Since they are glass, your bride will enjoy that it is healthier to reheat food in them than in a plastic container.
I use at least one of my Pyrex dishes every single day.
9. Kettle
Your bride can heat water for tea, coffee, or hot chocolate with this kettle.
I have the traditional kettle that you need to put on the stove and that one works great. However, there is a different version that your bride would most likely be interested in which has its own hot plate. Check it out here.
10. French Press
If your bride is a coffee drinker then having a French press is a must.
This large stainless steel one is perfect for making multiple cups of coffee and she will have no trouble cleaning it up because all the pieces can go in the dishwasher.
3 of my sisters and I have this and it is the only way we drink our coffee.
11. Cooking Utensils
Get her cooking utensils. There are so many essential ones that she needs.
12. Aprons
How cute are his and hers aprons? They are such a unique gift and she will enjoy using it all the time.
13. Coasters
People forget about coasters as a gift but they are so useful and inexpensive.
If you know your bride's style, try to find coasters to match. But if you don’t, here is a fantastic classic option that will go with anything.
14. Picture Frames
She will want to display a picture of 2 of her big day. A beautiful wedding day picture frame is an amazing gift.
Make it a classic frame so it can last her the rest of her life.
15. Sherpa Fleece Blanket
She will love snuggling up with her future husband under this Sherpa fleece blanket. It is so soft and warm.
The throw size is ok, but I would go for the twin or queen size that way more than one person can fit under it and she can put it on her bed if she wants to.
The colors Linen, White, and dark and light Gray are timeless and go with any home décor style.
16. Movie Night Treats
Ask your bride what she and her fiancé’s favorite movie night treats are and gift those. They need some time to relax together during all this wedding planning.
I did this for one of my sisters who had multiple bridal showers and she said it was one of the best gifts😊.
17. Ice Cream Basket
If she enjoys ice cream, consider putting together a little ice cream basket for her.
It could include an ice cream scoop and different ice cream toppings.
18. Date Night Ideas
She will have so much fun with this date night ideas book. They only have to scratch off the date and follow the directions.
A great way to try new things together.
19. Board Games
Give the couple a board game. They are great for a free night during the week or a lazy weekend afternoon.
Some of the best games for 2 include Sequence, Scrabble, and Ticket to Ride.

A wedding emergency kit is essential on the big day and some people do not think of it. You can put your own together or buy this premade one.
23. Candles
The Allswell Spa Candle line will have your bride’s home smelling so good. You can find them at Walmart.
Girl, these are my all-time favorite candles. The scent lasts until the end of the candle and the container is made of muted frosted glass which is so elegant.
24. Oil Diffuser
Another way your bride can make her home smell delightful is by using an oil diffuser.
Since I love those candles I mentioned above so much, I don’t use one but my oldest sister does and her home always smells fantastic.
If she already has a diffuser then get her essential oils for it.
25. Pamper Basket
Help your bride relax from all the wedding planning with a few pampering items.
You can look at Tree Hut Sugar Body Scrub (which every woman should be using), Aveeno Lotion, Shower Steamers, and Bath Bombs.
All of these are inexpensive but so good and she will love using them.
26. Custom Address Stamp
For all the Thank You cards your bride will be sending out, get her a custom address stamp.
It will save her a ton of time.
27. Gift Card
You can always go with a gift card.
It can be to get her nails, hair, or makeup done for her big day, to the couple's favorite restaurant, where the couple is registered, and so on.
