Best Ladies Fun Activities
1. Book Club
Start a book club with your best girls and once a month get together to discuss it.
I do this with my sisters and it is a great way to make sure we connect often, even though we live a little farther apart.
Check out these easy and delicious appetizers and desserts.
2. Pizza Party
Almost everyone loves pizza.
You can plan on making your own or go out to eat.
I love grilling pizza at home. It is so quick and easy and everyone can have the pizza flavor they want.
Set up a pizza toppings area with a few different sauces, cheeses, and all the other tops you can think of. You can even do dessert pizza.
3. Dessert
Grab a little dessert with your girls. It is quick, easy, and hard to turn down.
4. Cookie Exchange
This is so fun near Christmas and Easter, or any holiday or celebration.
Bake treats and cookies at home, enough that you can share ½ a dozen to a dozen with each friend.
Make sure you tell everyone what you are making so you don’t double up.
It saves you from having to spend so much time in the kitchen.
5. Fondue Party
Whether it is cheese, chocolate, or both, have a fondue party. Yum!
6. Food Crawl
I have recently heard about a food crawl and I am intrigued.
It goes something like this, in case you don’t know.
You make drinks at your house, then you go to the next house and have appetizers, then to the next house and have the main course, and finally the last house serves dessert.
A few of my friends have done it and had a great time. They did say it takes a long time, though so plan accordingly.
7. Board Games
Get together for some games. Whip up some of those appetizers and desserts I mentioned earlier.
We love playing these games.
8. Movie Night
Stock up on microwave popcorn, candy, and cookies - you know - all the treats to watch a movie.
What is your favorite kind of movie? I love the feel-good ones. They don't even have to be rom-coms.
If the weather is nice, do an outdoor movie. This projector and screen combo are so great.
9. Sleepover
What, just because you are an adult now, you think you can't have sleepovers? Wrong!
You can stay up late, have a few drinks if you like, and not have to worry about how you are getting home.
10. Happy Hour
Happy hour is a solid option if you only have that time available.
Don’t think you have to go out to make this happen. I love hosting and going to someone’s house for this.
11. Karaoke
Singing karaoke is so much fun.
I love doing it in the comfort of someone’s home since it is not as embarrassing for me.
12. Wine Tasting
Pick a fun winery or go to someone’s home and have a little wine tasting party.
13. Outdoor Picnic
Is the weather nice? Plan an outdoor picnic.
Go the extra mile and have everyone dress up for it.
14. Murder Mystery Party
We have done a murder mystery party a few times now, for bachelorette parties and even Christmas, and everyone joined in to play their part.
If you are going to do this one, set up a photo booth area. Don’t miss out on everyone in their costumes.
It is so easy with a few party balloons and colorful streamers.
15. Bowling
Bowling, food, drinks, and laughs. There will be so many laughs!
My friends and I always have a blast with this.
16. Cooking Class
Create a meal together or book a cooking class.
You may discover a few new favorite dishes.
17. Nails
Go and get your nails done.
Getting pampered a bit while having girl time is so therapeutic!
You can also go all out and have a spa day.
18. Visit a Museum
Explore a new museum, there are big and small ones everywhere.
19. Escape Room
If you haven’t done an Escape Room yet, you have to put it on your list.
My son just did one with his friends and says it was a blast.
20. Comedy Show
Go to a comedy show together for a few good laughs.
21. Yard Games
If it is nice out, get the grill going and set up yard games.
22. Scrapbook
Do your girls like to scrapbook?
Get together to do it. It is a great way to share materials and ideas.
23. Sewing
Or maybe sewing is more your thing.
There is so much to learn when it comes to sewing, and it is more fun to chat while you are working on something.

Did you know you can learn to paint something for your home?
25. Pottery
If you haven’t tried pottery yet, you have to.
I took this class in high school and it was one of my favorites. It was not hard at all to pick up how to do it.

Have a gathering of favorite things. It could be drinks, food, games, or even a few movies.

There is a college nearby that has open ice skating.
It only costs a few bucks to rent the skates and you get some exercise in.
29. Dancing
Take dancing lessons together or go out dancing.
30. Exercise
Go for a walk, bike ride, or even an exercise class with your friends.
Our favorite is hot yoga. Whew, that 92°F makes you sweat, but it feels so good.
31. Horseback Riding
Check out a stable near you.
If you can go on a sunset horseback ride, go for it. It is gorgeous!
32. Concert
Is there a concert you have been wanting to go to? Ask your friends to go along.
33. Casino
Ok, the casino is not my thing, but I will go when my friends ask. Some of them love it.
34. Bingo
Bingo can get pretty wild, especially when there is a lot of money in the pot.
I love playing bingo at home with my kids. We play for treats😊.
35. Sporting Event
Or maybe sports or more your thing.
I have been to both pro games and semi-pro. The semi-pro ones are more my jam. They just seem to have more fun with it and it is cheaper!
36. Scavenger Hunt
Make up a list of items to search for, split up into teams or stick together, and get to hunting.
This is a blast with teams and even more fun when you tell everyone that they have to have photo proof.
We have done this during the summer and went looking for anything from trending items like the hottest water bottle to posing for a photo with a police officer.
Holidays are also a fun time to do a scavenger hunt.
37. Volunteer
Get your girls together for a good cause and volunteer.
Lots of places are always looking for volunteers.
38. Archery
My daughter and I did an archery class once and loved it. We learned something new and got to grab a bite to eat after.
39. Explore Caves
There are so many caves, everywhere!
We have taken our kids in them and I am always amazed at what we learn and see.
40. Theater
Whether it is the movie theater or the stage, go see a show.
I love seeing live plays and my favorite by far has been Singing in the Rain.
They made it rain on the stage. So memorable and incredible.
41. Shopping
Whether you are shopping or antiquing (yes, there is a difference) it is better with friends!
42. Closet Swap
Here is a much cheaper way to shop!
Everyone has items in their closet they can get rid of. If your girls are around the same size, have a closet swap.
43. Camping
If you have the equipment, go camping.
You will get some fresh air and probably some exercise as well.
